Photo frame with a square exterior and an oval decorated interior in gold-plated 925/1000 sterling silver with translucent blue enamel on a guilloche pattern and various pure gold “paillons” inserted between two layers of enamel in the shape of a lily in the French Empire Louis XIV style. Exterior 9 x 9 cm, interior 3.2 x 4.2 cm. Weight 118 g. Designed by Franco Salimbeni in 1993 and handcrafted in the Salimbeni factory by skilled artisan artists with a high-thickness plate suitable for withstanding numerous high-temperature enamel firings at approximately 800° C. –
