Butterfly-shaped photo frame in 925/1000 sterling silver gold plated with translucent polychrome fired enamels on hand engraving that imitates the veins of the wings. External dimensions cm. 12 x 19 oval for photos cm. 3.2 x 4.5. Weight gr. 220. Designed by Giorgio Salimbeni in 1972 in the Art Nouveau style and produced in several specimens also with different colours, with completely manual execution by artisan artists, with thick slab and large reinforcements suitable for withstanding numerous enamelled firings at high heat at approximately 750 < 800° C.
